Schnaps & Liquors
Schnaps production in own distilleries has always been a tradition in the Zillertal and so more than 300 years ago many farms have been given the so-called "Brennrecht" by empress Maria Theresia.
Our excellent Schnaps is double-fired and stored in the copper kettle from mature fruits and best raw products in the traditional way. This creates Schnaps with a special aroma.
Specialties:
Meisterwurz, Zirbenschnaps - Liquor, Zirbenschnaps (stone pine), Kräutergin (herbs), Marillenbrand (apricot).
Some ingredients are harvested on our pasture at over 1.800m in Gerlos.
